Sizing Information
Please note: all sizes are approximate. We buy our fabrics by the roll, and these are usually made to order for us by the faux fur manufacturers, so slight variations in width and colour are normal, from batch to batch.
We have 9 standard sizes. As we make all of our products in our UK studio, we can make any size from any faux fur and backing that we stock (all throws may not be on the website yet). So please contact us for any bespoke requirements
150 x 100cm, The Lap/Knee size - is perfect for a car or just to cover your knees while watching TV or reading a book, and is ideal for a single chair or chaise.
150 x 150cm, The Medium size - is perfect for a single bed, sofa or chair, and also a good size to snuggle under.
150 x 200cm, The Large sofa size – Is perfect to lay over a double bed, completely snuggle under, or to ‘throw’ over the sofa. It can also fold to a knee size or lay across the bottom of a bed.
200 x 200cm, The Large size – We think is the most versatile, it is perfect for completely covering the top of a double or queen-sized bed, and excellent for draping over large or corner sofas.
150 x 250cm, The Long Size - Perfect to drape over the ends and down the side of beds or sofas.
150 x 300, The Extra Long size – Was specifically designed for those customers who have no ‘end of the bed’ and want the throw to come right down to the floor, giving a really long, sumptuous look. And it's equally good for a long sofa or corner unit.
200 x 275cm, The Double width – Is for those customers who have an end to the bed but would like the throw to come down to the floor (and beyond) on both sides.
250 x 275cm, The Queensbury size - This very popular size is ideal for a Queen- or King-sized bed, to generously drape over the sides as well as the bottom of the bed.
300 x 300cm, Extra Large Size – This is the ultimate indulgence, to create the sumptuous Scandi-Luxe interior, this enormous throw will completely cover any size of bed, draping well past the floor on all three sides. This is such a wonderful size that you can get the whole family snuggling under if you have a big enough sofa or bed.
Just a brief word about the 'Double' sizes below - Our fabric is 150cm wide, any faux fur throws in our range that are wider than 150cm will have joins. When we make the wider throws, we would always use a full-width centre panel (150cm) and then sew equal strips to each side to make the correct overall size required. There would be no joins in the length of a throw, whatever the length required.
