A Light oak coffee table produced from 2 solid oak boards and heavy oak sleeper bases. Finished with a clear natural wax. Available in 2 standard lengths.
Our current lead time for manufacture is 3 - 4 weeks
Warning: Last items in stock!
We use either semi air dried oak boards or green oak; no mdf, no chipboard, no veneer, just heavy, solid, oak. This light oak table has a modern look but still retains that rustic charm. Some of the timbers may already have some cracks and splits, but more may occur as the piece ages and the timber continues to dry out; this is an intentional element of the design and of all of our tables. This naturally coloured oak table is carefully sanded, and then finished with a clear, natural hard wax.
We realise that the sizes of our oak tables may not always fit within our customers requirements, and we are always happy to advise and suggest alternatives, or to quote prices for larger or smaller versions of any oak table.
Because of the weight of all of our furniture pieces they are not supplied fully assembled. But don't be concerned, the holes in the underside of the top boards simply locate into the corresponding numbered pegs in the base beams; it's as simple as that! We recommend that each coffee table is given additional furniture wax regularly in the early years of its life, but full guidance can be seen in the aftercare section of our website.
Unfortunately, as our pieces are so heavy, we are only able to supply our light oak coffee table to UK mainland addresses.
